Appraisals & Project Management  - Vuru is always looking for appraisers who need help in enhancing their appraisal office! We have highly trained virtual assistants who will maintain current workflow, increase workflow, and strengthen your appraisal office! Our Assistants have a high level of expertise combined with years of experience in the various facets of the appraisal process.

• Scheduling appraisals

• Researching appraisal reports (county information, MLS information, tax information, sketches, etc.)

• Building reports in ACI, Total and many other appraisal softwares

• Researching, pulling, entering and adjusting of comparable properties

• Creating a reconciliation

• Finalizing reports

• Sending reports to Appraisal Management Companies and Clients

• Report corrections

Alternative & Desktop Valuations -  Vuru is always looking to increase an appraisal office's side income with Alternative/Desktop Valuations. We offer complete project management for this, if needed.

• Registration with new sites to increase workflow

• Accepting of orders

• Researching subject information; County, Tax, MLS, etc.

• Comp selection and input

• Review of 3rd party inspections, where applicable

• Reconciliation of reports and submission
